What It Is?

A focused blend of hot stone therapy and myofascial release.

•  Warm basalt stones (about 113–131°F) provide steady, gentle heat.

• Then we use slow pressure, stretching, gliding, and trigger point work to ease tight fascia and muscles.

This is a comfort-focused service, not a medical treatment.

Why It’s Different?

•   More stones, longer warmth (typically 16–24)

•   Deep yet comfortable: warm up first, then go deeper

•   Even, steady rhythm along fascia lines

•   Great in winter or if you tend to feel cold

Who It’s For?

•  Stiff neck, shoulders, mid/low back (desk work)

•  Post-workout or labor soreness

•  Cold hands/feet or slower circulation

•  High stress; hard to unwind at night

•  Prefer to start lighter before deeper work

Suggested cadence (not medical advice): start every 1–2 weeks; adjust to every 2–4 weeks as needed.

Why CBD Oil? (Regular oil is also available)

According to the American Massage Therapy Association (AMTA), CBD (cannabidiol)—a non psychoactive compound from cannabis—can complement massage, with potential benefits including pain relief, reduced inflammation, enhanced relaxation, improved skin health, and better recovery from physical exertion.

Since it’s THC-free, it won’t make you feel “high,” so it’s a safe and effective option.
